Bravery and Greed is a brand new Roguelite, Beat-em-up, dungeon brawler! While it's a little bit of a mouthful, it also is quite the game to envision!

If you are looking for a good laugh with friends, then Very Very Valet might just be the next game on your shopping list. This game is an absolute blast! It starts you off as a member of a traveling valet service that sends you on daring missions, dropping you in by parachute. You are presented with the simple task of parking and returning vehicles to their owners before the vehicles are abducted by a rainbow light. The game's physics mechanics are finicky and had us laughing out loud on every level. They work just well enough to avoid being frustrating, and are guaranteed to cause absolute hilarity at every turn!

If you have always wanted to punch your friends in the face, but did not want to permanently damage your relationship, then we might just have the game for you. Unspottable took an incredibly simple concept and injected fun into its veins. The game plops you into a top down play area with a couple of friends and loads of AI robots. Your goal is simple: punch your friends to get points. However this is complicated slightly by the fact that the robots and your friends look exactly the same!

We wish we felt the same way about our house as we do about the houses in Tools Up! This timed renovation adventure was an instant hit with us and our friends, let's talk about why! Tools Up plops you inside a skyscraper with the simple goal of remodeling each unit. It does a beautiful job of meshing simple mechanics with fantastic fun. Easy controls and full couch co-op support make this game excellent for parties and everyone involved. From toddlers to grandparents, anyone can help with the remodel.

One of the only games that has managed to stop productivity in our home, Stardew Valley, is an absolute must for anybody seeking a relaxing, yet engaging, time that passes seemingly without notice. We have honestly played this game for entire days without any desire to stop. Stardew Valley offers an insane amount of value for its low price. We have yet to tire of the game and hope that you will enjoy it as well. In January 2021 the game received a massive update that added split screen functionality, and for us this is the Real MVP.

Do you remember playing games with your siblings and yelling at them to stop looking at your screen? Well now screen cheating is totally acceptable! In fact, it’s the only way to win! Screencheat is a colorful and lighthearted first person shooter, with a unique twist: everyone is invisible! The game relies on a unique split-screen mechanic that requires you to look at everyone else's screen in order to locate them.

If you have done all the arts and crafts you could think of during the pandemic, then it may be time to enjoy someone else's in the beautifully crafted cardboard world that is Pile Up Box by Box. This game brings a very mild and calm atmosphere to the 3d platformer genre. There is not a whole lot going on here. And that's a good thing! Leaving this game as a relaxing time to enjoy solo or with friends. The game contains a short tutorial and four different levels that consist of light platforming, with a larger emphasis on solving puzzles using the various items found in the maps.

If you are a fan of shooting mass amounts of enemies with friends, then this game is definitely worth looking into. Outriders boasts a beefy campaign and intriguing story, complete with drop-in drop-out co-op up to 3 players.

At times, Operation Tango had us feeling like real life secret agents, while other times it had us questioning our friendship and verbal communication skills. This Espionage online co-op adventure has hidden thrills around every corner. It takes you on a trip around the globe in an effort to take down the evil villain. Along the way you will complete six different missions, each requiring clear cut verbal communication for all the individual puzzles. Each mission begins with a mission impossible type introduction, quickly briefing you about the mission you are about to perform.

Maybe you want something new, family friendly, and wholesome. One that is also available on every system, and is even a little cheaper than first party games like Mario. Portal and its sequel Portal 2 are known to the world as two of the best video games ever made! They are filled with mind-bending puzzles that force you to think in ways outside the box! These games are hilarious, trippy, and great fun! The puzzles all revolve around the main mechanic of the portal gun which allows you to create portals from virtually anywhere to anywhere. The game presents you with what we would now consider escape rooms that get increasingly more complex and convoluted as you progress. Featuring buttons to push, momentum-based puzzles, cubes to weigh down pressure plates, lasers that need to be directed through portals, and much more!

Merek's Market takes the shopkeeper in all your favorite RPGs and lets you experience just how difficult their job can be. From crafting items, stocking shelves, and haggling over the price, this game provides an adventure far deeper than your average cooking game. Merek’s Market follows a similar game design as overcooked. Customers will enter your shop seeking specific items and it is your job to craft those items for them. However, instead of monotonously chopping onions and tomatoes the whole time you will be smelting glass, crafting leather gloves, forging steel swords, and brewing helpful potions.

If you have watched any reviews, you probably have a pretty good idea of what Kirby and the Forgotten Land has to offer. Fantastic fun for everyone, right? Or maybe not. While we both thoroughly enjoyed Kirby and the Forgotten Land as a solo game, the same may not be said about playing the game in co-op! Here is why!

However, about half way through the game we ran into something that left us feeling uncomfortable. Because of that we did not finish the game, and might not recommend it for some families. From the tutorial, Gungeon teaches you everything you need to know about the rest of the game: shoot, dodge, and use items for extra help. It doesn’t sound like much, but when there are hundreds of guns and items to find during your escape attempts, you’ll almost never shoot the same bullet twice.

Zombies Ate My Neighbors and its sequel Ghoul Patrol were originally released in 1993 and 94. With their re-release these two top down run and gun games include over 70 levels, each filled with different neighbors from the pippy cheerleader to the adorable dog. These individuals are all in mortal peril from the monsters in every old horror movie you can think of. This leaves you as either Zeke or Julie to play solo or co-op and rescue them.

When my wife and I picked up the demo we had both had incredibly long days at work, and had a stressful time putting the kid to bed! We had the intention to make a ten minute video, and go to bed. Despite all of this and the fact that we both had to go to work in the morning we continued playing the game far longer, much past when we normally would have slept. And we would have continued playing, if we had not completed the demo! So, the question is, why?
