Very Very Valet Review! MONUMENTAL MADNESS!

You can watch our review video here!

If you are looking for a good laugh with friends, then Very Very Valet might just be the next game on your shopping list. This game is an absolute blast! It starts you off as a member of a traveling valet service that sends you on daring missions, dropping you in by parachute. You are presented with the simple task of parking and returning vehicles to their owners before the vehicles are abducted by a rainbow light. The game's physics mechanics are finicky and had us laughing out loud on every level. They work just well enough to avoid being frustrating, and are guaranteed to cause absolute hilarity at every turn!

While working as a valet you will find yourself parking in 24 interesting environments. Beginning with your basic burger joint and going on to include places such as airports, train stations and even faultlines! Whether you are struggling to return vehicles to three different shopping malls, or running them through the car wash before you return them, all that matters is that they get back in time! Your customers are time sensitive and care far more about getting their car back than whether it is missing its hood or a couple of doors. So, feel free to drive off cliffs, launch them with a catapult and smash into every wall that is a slight inconvenience. Just make sure to return them on time.

Each area has its own unique challenges; from tight corners, to daring jumps or revolving pathways. Throughout the game you will also be introduced to a variety of new mechanics such as teleporters, jump pads, powerups, and more! You can park anywhere you like, except for the occasional no parking zone. With so many things going on, there is never a dull moment as you navigate through each level.

Four of the levels give you an opportunity to experience the cars in a less intense situation while sweeping, cleaning or bowling. While these were not our favorite levels, they were optional and enjoyable. Each vehicle drives differently. You never really know whether you are getting into a sports car or a junker. Some cars are simply fast, while others were designed for grandma.

The sheer amount of unrealistic mayhem that you can cause is fantastic! From slamming into walls, driving on top of other vehicles, running over other players, and flying out of your car into the wall! This all just serves to make the game more enjoyable, and bring a smile to your face.

Picking the gameup with friends is extremely easy. It has simple controls that are easy to learn but hard to master. The game screen expands easily to accommodate several players exploring farther out. You can work together and make a game plan or just do whatever you like! You can even enjoy hitching a ride in the same vehicle to get to an area faster. Or just drive with your friend on the hood.

The graphics are childlike and appealing, with four different muppet-esque characters and multiple colors to choose from. The colorful art styles and vehicles are greatly enhanced by the music and sound effects, especially the comical screeching of car tires. The end of each level also features snapshots of funny moments, and a replay system if you want to settle an argument of who the real mvp is.

Very Very Valet is fun to play alone, and a masterpiece to play with friends! It is one of the most fantastic party games we have ever played. While it is fairly short, taking around 2-3 hours to complete, there is a lot of replay value, as it is a game we will be showing off and sharing whenever we have friends over. This game is for everyone, young or old, and our only issues were how short it was, and how it felt a little pricey when compared to similar games like Overcooked, or Tools up. Regardless, we loved playing this game so much, and would absolutely recommend it to all couch co-op fanatics.

The game is available on Nintendo Switch, with plans to come to other consoles. It supports 1-4 players locally, but does not have online support.
